Audition 101 Workshop Registration

I will be attending the Audition 101 Workshop (ages 18+) on Saturday, January 25th at 1:00PM.

I understand there is a $10 registration fee due upon completion of this form. I further understand that my spot will not be held until payment is complete. Space is limited and granted to those who complete payment first.
